Memorial Day Parade & Events

Monday, May 31 2010

The Hatfield American Legion, Post 933 will be hosting the Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 31st. A wreath laying ceremony will be held at 9:00 am at the Veterans Memorial at Broad & Market Streets followed by the parade route up Broad Street to Koffel Road.

The parade will conclude on the grounds of the Legion with a brief ceremony. There will be Civil War Re-enactors, a POW/MIA Ceremony, a guest speaker, Retirement of Colors, and a decoration contest. Refreshments will be available. Meet our local veterans and honor all our nation’s veterans by sharing in this event.
