If your workout isn't giving you the results you want then Action Boot Camp is for you!  Rev up your metabolism and burn stubborn fat.  This program offers the fitness benefits of military boot camp but with a positive and supportive atmosphere.  Focus will be on strength, endurance and overall body toning and core training.  You'll have a better body, better health, more energy and feel less stressed.  Personal body measurements and body fat percentage tracking will take place before and after a 6-week boot camp.  All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.
