Maple Sugar Magic

Watch the process unfold through a series of demonstrations that take you from tree sap to “real” maple syrup. You will learn the history of the maple sugaring industry from its Native American beginnings to present day commercial operations. Participate in a taste test and see if you can tell the difference between real maple syrup and the imposters. Maple syrup, candy and creams will be available for purchase. All ages; free; dress appropriately for an outdoor program; meet at the Nature Center. Saturday, March 6th & Sunday, March 7thDemonstrations begin at 11:00 am and at 2:00 pm
