Quarter Mania for Autism Awareness in Lansdale

This event requires vendor participation. It is not your typical vendor event. Our Charity is Autism Awareness. April is Autism Awareness Month so this is very fitting to hold it in April. Tentatively, it will be held at the Upper Gwynedd Fire Hall on Garfield Ave., in West Point (Lansdale). We are looking for vendors to do the following: setup their products on table for display/sales, offer 5 items for bidding, offer 1 door prize invite their friends, family and clientele. Actively participate throughout the event for assigned tasks (collecting quarters, admitting guests at door, distributing prizes, selling tickets, etc.) This will be our 4th Auction in this area and it's been growing. Looking to fill at least 12 vendor spots: Only TWO per category (i.e. skincare, jewelry, etc.) Arbonne and DOVE Chocolate need not apply. Timeframe is: setup at noon, doors open at 1pm, Auction begins at 2 - 4pm, cleanup by 5pm. If you cannot actively participate in all of the above, please do not apply. $25 cost to vendor. Tables provided - must provide table coverings. Doors open at 12:45pm; bidding begins promptly at 1:45pm. $5 per guest.
